Attendance policy
Kindly note that if you fail or short notice cancel more than two appointments in a 24 month period, we will not offer you any further appointments at the practice. Where children are not brought for more than two appointments, we have a statutory duty to consider a safeguarding referral to the Local Authority on the grounds of a child’s health being neglected.
