Joining our practice

You can opt to join our dental membership plan or be seen as an NHS patient.
Whichever option you choose, you will need to fill out a registration form and a medical history form.

Our dental membership plan

The first visit to a new practice can be quite a daunting experience, but we want to make you feel as relaxed and comfortable as possible. Often new patients can feel very embarrassed about their teeth, but always remember there is not a lot we haven’t seen over our years of experience.

During your first dental check-up, the dentist will:

  • Discuss your reasons for attending and your past dental experiences.
  • Carry out a thorough examination of your mouth following our 10-point dental health check.
  • Talk you through their findings and advise on any treatment that may benefit you.

The dentist will discuss the various treatment options and their costs. If further treatment is needed, you will receive a written treatment plan detailing:

  • Proposed treatments
  • Timings
  • Costs

Our aim is to ensure everything is explained clearly so you can make the best decision for your dental health.

NHS Dentistry – New Patients

PLEASE NOTE THAT WE DO NOT HAVE CAPACITY TO TAKE ON NEW NHS PATIENTS CURRENTLY

NHS patients, please note: Filling out a registration form will add you to our database, but this does not guarantee you access to an NHS dental appointment in the future.
For more information on NHS dentistry, visit: https://www.nhs.uk/nhs-services/dentists/how-to-find-an-nhs-dentist/

Your first visit will follow the same welcoming approach as our private patients:

  • We will discuss your dental history and reasons for visiting.
  • A full 10-point dental health check will be carried out.
  • You will receive clear explanations of any necessary treatments.

If treatment is needed, you will be given a written treatment plan including timings and NHS charges
